Terms and conditions of Accor Shareholders Club membership
Article 1 – Purpose of the Shareholders Club
The purpose of the Accor Shareholders Club is to keep the Group’s shareholders involved and informed. To this end, it offers them several means of communication:
- a phone number (0 805 650 750, toll free from a landline in France) to answer all questions,
- the “Retail Shareholders” page on the accor.com website,
- the Shareholder Webzine,
Accor reserves the right to modify these means of communication at any time.
Article 2 – Conditions of membership to Shareholders' Club and means of registration
Any retail shareholder owning at least 50 bearer shares or 1 registered share and possessing a valid email address may join the Club. Accor Shareholders Club membership is free. Shareholders can register online.
If the shareholder meets the membership conditions, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.
Article 3 – Benefits
Members of the Shareholders Club regularly receive information about the Group, sent directly to the e-mail address provided when registering online. They are automatically subscribed to the Shareholder Webzine.
Accor Shareholders Club members are entitled to a Le Club Accorhotels GOLD loyalty card, which is sent to new members three to four weeks after their registration as members of the Club. The card is in their name, and provides access to special services and offers reserved for members (more information available at accorhotels.com).
Points earned using the Le Club Accorhotels Gold loyalty card are valid for 12 months. If, at the end of this period, the Member once again satisfies the conditions required for the Gold Status level (From 30 nights or 10,000 points), this Status level is then renewed for an additional 12 months (365 days). If the Member does not satisfy these conditions during the current 12-month period, he/she will be given the Status corresponding to his/her activity calculated over the preceding 365 days at the end of this period. A new card corresponding to the Member's new Status will be sent automatically within 4 weeks.
For more details on how to use the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty card and obtain the associated benefits, please consult the General Conditions of Use for the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty program, also available on the Club AccorHotels' Terms and Conditions presented on the following page: http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/leclub/program/cards-status-benefits.shtml.
Members of the Shareholders Club can attend hotel tours announced by e-mail, in the Shareholder Webzine or on the “Shareholders’ Club” page of the accor.com/shareholders-club website. Registration procedures are set out in the announcement.
Article 4 – Validity of membership
Membership is valid as long as the Club member meets the conditions set out in Article 2 of these terms and conditions.
Members who no longer satisfy the conditions of membership undertake to inform Accor’s Financial Communications and Investor Relations Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. They then cease to be members of the Accor Shareholders Club and lose the attached benefits.
