Accor n°1 for digital Human Resources communication

Accor ranked N°1 among 100 companies in France for Online Talent Communication by the European firm Potentialpark, and 4th in Europe out of over 600 companies.

This prize is the result of different rankings on the career website, the recruitment site, the social networks and the mobile site resulting from surveys among 4,000 students in France and over 20,000 in Europe.

    For 2013, the site has multiplied its new options with the personalisation of applications thanks to the possibility of submitting 4 different CVs and 4 cover letters in the applicant’s AccorJobs account. And Accor recruiters from all over the world have provided video advice for applying on the website.

  • On the social networks, in 2012, Accor completed its HR e-marketing policy with the launch of its page and its account, taking us directly to 2nd position in the French ranking.
    All year long, on their Facebook page, the Accor Human Resources teams interact with the applicants, sharing all job and traineeship offers and communicating on the Accor Professions Challenge through its Twitter account.
