Accor ranked in the top 5 best performers of CAC 40 companies in a study on the attractiveness and engagement on HR digital identity
Accor is ranked in the top 5 best performers of CAC 40 companies who have completely integrated the on-line media in their organization according to a study on the attractiveness and engagement on HR digital identity. Companies were assessed according to the following themes: visibility, integration (i.e. the consistency of communication methods across the different tools), content, engagement and possibilities for interaction.
Taking into account more than 100 criteria, this study, realized by a consulting firm Althéa and Digidust agency, analyze the best practices in the use of the social networks - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter - and also the Career pages of the companies' institutional sites.
Accor was placed 4th in the global ranking and stands out particularly in two areas where it claims second place in the rankings: use of the corporate site as "the showcase for its HR policy" and management of its Facebook AccorJobs FanPages.
