Accor revamps its websites’ customer account pages!
Visitors to Accorhotels.com and all the brand sites can now use a revamped personal space replete with information and adapted to their needs.
The objective: to offer customers an optimal experience on Accor’s digital platforms.
Improve the customer experience
The customer account page is a safe space that guests can use instinctively to consult useful information about all their stays.
Whether they are traveling for business or leisure, web users can indicate their stay preferences and discover all the advantages of their loyalty program in just a few clicks.
New functions include being able to stay logged in while moving from one website to another, a simple identification process, access to the “my account” tab at any time while browsing and personalized information, etc.
As part of the digital strategy that aims to boost revenue generated via Accor’s direct booking portals, the E-commerce teams have made improving the customer experience a priority (from booking to preparing the stay).
The teams endeavor to offer a faster and multi-channel browsing and booking experience.
Customer can also access their accounts via the Accor mobile sites: Accorhotels.mobi, ibis.mobi, and hotelF1.mobi, and will be able to do so via the Accor applications this summer.
