New features for the Application

The iPhone application has been updated and now offers its customers new features.

Whether online at their hotel or via a call centre, Accorhotels customers can now access their reservations in real time using their mobile phone.

The new customer account feature allows users to directly access information concerning their Le Club Accorhotels loyalty card, as for example their points balance.

Furthermore, fidelity cards are directly available through the mobile customer account; a practical way for customers to present their card in a few clicks at the reception desk.

To save time, the information captured in the customer account are automatically completed when a reservation is made. In that way the cardholders can access to their special rates.

In order to promote the new version of the application, a mobile display campaign has been launched on 5 markets (France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil and Australia) as well as on social networking sites.
