Each year AccorHotels organises the "AccorHotels Professions Challenge" to reward the best apprentices and young professionals from Europe, Africa, Middle-East, Latin America and Asia.
In 2013, on the occasion of this 10th Challenge, 73 participants from 25 countries competed in the four key hotel professions: cuisine, reception, restaurant and bar.
