What does my mission involve ?

  • Manage supplies and stocks for the hotel
  • Receive delivery of goods, check they are in good order and appropriately stored
  • Have a supervisory role to track the quality of supplier relations, effective stock management and the application of brand and Corporate Purchasing directive
  • Organise the distribution of goods to the requesting department

Restaurant or Purchasing department
A Group hotel of a different brand or with higher capacity
International mobility

Accounting and hospitality school
Initial experience in hospitality or food & beverage sectors
Fluent in the national language

Professional technique / Production
Centralise the needs of all the hotel's departments and ensure they are supplied
Ensure that deliveries correspond to orders and apply storage guidelines
Manage supplier relations
Indicate when stocks are running low or when they are excessive
Insure an optimal arrangement of the goods

Management and Administration
In conjunction with the Manager, manage inventories and end-of-month closings
Help to improve merchandise ratios
Apply the procedures regarding purchase orders, delivery slips and invoicing

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
Responsible for the cleanliness, the arrangement of the workplace, and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
Respect the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used
Apply the hotel's security regulations
