Launched in April 2012, our PLANET 21 sustainable development program was designed in 2011 based on an assessment of the Group’s
environmental footprint and the findings of a survey of guest expectations and concerns in this area. One of the program’s key components
is the active participation of both guests and the nearly 180,000 people working under Accor brands worldwide.
PLANET 21 organizes the Group’s sustainable development process, with 21 measurable objectives for 2015 in seven key areas:
