Officer. In 1995, she co-founded BETC, which over the past 20 years
has become France’s leading advertising agency and consistently
ranks among the world’s best creative agencies. Ms. Erra is also
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Musée de l’Histoire de
l’Immigration. She is involved in a variety of women’s advocacy
groups and with UNICEF, as well as being an active member of the
French Committee of Human RightsWatch, and a member of the
Osons la France Forum, the Innovation 2030 and Childhood and
Adolescence Commissions put in place by the French government,
and the Medici Committee set up by Amundi. She also sits on
the Boards of Directors of the FranceTélévisions Foundation, the
Elle Foundation and IMS.

executive office in the UK. She is also a member of the Business
Advisory Council of Saïd Business School at theUniversity of Oxford.
